Organic polymeric flocculants are effective only in their highly diluted aqueous dissolution. Therefore they have to be dissolved in water or diluted with water. Polymer dissolving stations are used to prepare polyelectrolyte stock solution. These solutions are added to the water or waste water in a certain concentration in order to flocculate pollutants.

According to your specific problem, LOSER Chemie provides manual and fully automatic dissolving stations with one, two and three chambers. LOSER Chemie supplies the system as a fully assembled and wired unit. On location only process water (free of dirt particles), rotating current and the pressure line from metering pump to injection point must be installed.

The communication with the system can take place via an operator panel with text display. The systems are controlled by PLC and are equipped with an automatic data entry. If a measured variable can be influenced by the metering of the fluid flow, metering pumps can be used in the closed control loop.
